What we collect
When you sign up we collect your phone number or email address, or the email and name from your Google account if you use Continue with Google. We also store your password as a secure hash (never in plain text), your orders, wallet balance and payment records such as the amount and UTR you submit.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, process orders and payments, provide support, and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal data.
Google sign-in
If you sign in with Google we receive only your verified email address (and name) to identify your account. We do not access your Gmail, contacts or any other Google data.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run Axofy (hosting and database) or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. To request deletion, email us from the address on your account.
